Speaker Design Concept

As part of a collaborative project, I developed individual prototypes for a modular speaker system designed to be separated and placed around a room for surround sound. This work explores user-centered design through both low and medium fidelity iterations. The low fidelity prototype, measuring 10 × 10 × 2 inches with a 5 × 1.25 × 0.25 inch strap, was constructed from upcycled cardboard and plastic bags, while the medium fidelity prototype, measuring 10 × 11 × 2.25 inches, was created using polyurethane foam.
