Tetra Fold

Developed in collaboration with Nikki Liu and Thomas Cho for Designing Products for Industry, under the guidance of Grant Delgatty and Jon Warren, Tetra Fold is a modular travel organization system designed to simplify packing and unpacking. The project followed a comprehensive design process that included user research, concept development, prototyping, testing, and refinement, with a focus on addressing common challenges travelers face when organizing and accessing their belongings.

Tetra Fold enables users to pack by outfit, keeping clothing, accessories, or toiletries neatly organized within structured compartments. Upon arrival, the system can be removed from luggage and hung directly in a closet or over a door, allowing items to remain organized and accessible without the need to fully unpack. Its adaptable, modular design allows it to function independently or fit seamlessly inside a standard carry-on suitcase, supporting efficiency and flexibility throughout the travel experience.
